The next screen is a very detailed form with many fields. What is MOST CRITICAL for us is for you to find "Memphis Net Impact" in the pull down list called "Chapter Affiliation."
Once you have clicked the Memphis Net Impact affiliation and completed the from, click the submit bar at the bottom. If you filled out all of the required fields correctly, the software will welcome you to Net Impact as a member.
